is on vacation in Italy with his family and sent

  1. I really wanted to see this in person but my restricted touring capabilities at the time prevented it. But I did love seeking out all his works in Venezia... the best part of that city.

  2. kelly - ok that the masters work were another great contributions to old structures of venice.
    but in all every stone and grain "of that city" is a masterpiece itself, don't you agree?

  3. This place is truly amazing. The amount and depth of the thought and care Scarpa took is astonishing- to represent the family, to honor their memory, and also to make the visitor appreciate the present- there are little tricks that he made like tiny square steps, or low walls that make you aware of your physical body, while contemplating beauty and death, art and architecture.
