I didn't know this incredible architect...
ReplyDeleteThank you so much!
When somebody is that good-lookin' you have to wonder how they get five steps down the street without getting beat up :)
ReplyDeleteOh gosh, now I want to retract that comment b/c I read the newspaper article above. I didn't see that at first. Was his disappearance ever solved?
ReplyDeleteLK- His pelvic bone washed up on September 11th, 1993 on Mecox Beach in Bridgehampton a 1/4 mile from where he disappeared. His remains were positively identified through existing x-rays. :(
ReplyDeleteLove this post -- hard not to love these buildings. Very seductive. Tempted to buy the monograph, but am most intrigued by Becker House -- are there many more plans/photos of this project in the book? In general, does the book have many architectural drawings, or mostly photos?
ReplyDeleteThanks,
Nick
Nick, the book has way more photos than plans, but there are plans and drawings too. There are numerous pictures of the Becker House and the interior. Hope that helps! -P
ReplyDeleteSold! Thanks for the info.
