I love these
Louise Bourgeois
fabric panels,
(actually "pages")
I saw at MOMA today at the
not so
newish exhibition
for so many reasons,
but am not
sure
WHY I love them so
much....
Maybe because they are all from
scraps
she saved during her lifetime,
including
scarves, towels,
even
nightgowns....
They are from the 2004 "book"
"Ode à l’Oubli".
Oh so wonderful
ReplyDeleteBeautiful!

ReplyDeleteabsolutely amazing! love it!
:D
They are wonderful, thanks for sharing. I've read about them, but have never seen them. I think they seem friendlier than a lot of her other works, maybe it's the fabric and the colors.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations...
ReplyDeleteYour work is simply beautiful!!!!
Thank you
