I really love these African headrests, although I find it hard to imagine them as my "pillow" for the night, or even for a nap. Maybe I should give them a try....
This one is for a long necked fellow, or fellowette. It has a beautiful braided leather handle too.
So Brancusi, well, if you lost the delicate carving. This one's patina is so great, you can just tell it was handled and taken care of for years and years. Just like my pillow at home!
This one looks like a miniature stool. I like the way if flairs up on the ends. Good for a tosser and turner. Great carving and patina too.
